Delete Your Kunari Data

Email hello@kunari.co.uk from the email address associated with your Kunari account. Using your account email helps us confirm the request is really from you.

• Your full name.
• The email address associated with your Kunari account.
• Whether you want your whole account deleted, or only specific information removed (for example a dog profile, photos, your phone number or WhatsApp consent).

• We verify that the request comes from the account holder.
• We delete or anonymise the personal information that is eligible for deletion.
• We email you to confirm once the request has been completed.

We process deletion requests as promptly as we reasonably can. Some information may be retained where we have a legitimate reason to keep it, such as safety, fraud prevention, resolving a dispute or complying with the law. Content you shared with others — such as messages you sent — may remain visible to those recipients.

You don't have to delete everything. If you'd like to remove a dog profile, withdraw WhatsApp consent, remove your phone number, or take down specific photos or posts, just tell us what you'd like removed and we'll take care of it while keeping your account active.
